Sussy Morehouse Joins the ERA Justin Realty Team of Sales Professionals
It takes a “client-first” philosophy to earn the ERA Rookie of the Year Award while at ERA Rizzo Realty serving Nutley and surrounding areas. That is where Sussy Morehouse began her real estate career eight years ago. With dedication, she served her buyers and sellers and also was awarded the ERA Beyond Excellence and New Jersey Association Bronze Circle of Excellence Award for 2005 and 2006.
Sussy said, “Originally from Ecuador, I take a multicultural approach to real estate, working in communities from suburbs to the cities. My approach is a result of my first hand experience with the difficulties the immigrants and first time buyers are facing when buying a home.
