Jennifer Darby Metzger and Ron Darby Broker Co-owners of ERA Justin Realty in conjunction with Danny Simone and Lee Schilare are expanding the company’s investment division. Both coming from a strong listing and sales background at Century-21 Eudan Realty as a team, Simone said, “We are eager to continue our ever-growing career with ERA Justin Realty and expand the investment division with my business partner Lee Schilare.”
Schilare added, “With twenty plus years of real estate experience, specializing with sellers and buyers, my ability to guide them through the process from beginning to closing is my dedicated process. Residential – This includes both new construction and resale homes including condominiums, coops, townhouses, duplexes and vacation homes. Commercial Real Estate – This includes shopping centers and strip malls, hotels and offices plus medical and educational buildings. Apartment buildings are often considered commercial, even though they are used for residences, because they are owned by businesses to produce income.”
