ERA Justin Realty Leadership Circle Achievers for 2016
“We at ERA Justin Realty Co. have the unique advantage of being able to celebrate our business success daily in the most rewarding of ways; handing keys to brand new homeowners, hearing from a retiree who no longer has to shovel snow, because we helped sell a home in favor of a townhouse or even counting the number of babies who left the hospital for new homes because of our help!
Assisting our clients in achieving their dreams really is the motivation behind our success, however, we do make a point to reflect on the previous year and set a vision for the next year. To that end, we’d like to share some of our successes with you as a demonstration of the many ways that we can enhance the value that we bring to you, and make sure that you know that you are better positioned with us as your agents!
Growth and productivity were key goals for ERA Justin Realty Co. in 2016. On the growth front we opened up our ‘Meet and Greet’ office in Hoboken, NJ this year. We have expanded into the REO market to bring extra value to our investor clients and we have put together a strategic alliance with a top NYC broker for our crossover clients. We also created new tools and systems, including a training program that is second to none, overseen by office manager Michelle Korosy, which has helped attract talent and we are very proud to have welcomed some very enthusiastic new agents to our company this past year.
On the productivity side we leveraged new technology from our ERA brand to better fuel our business. We’ve driven greater results and forged stronger relationships with our clients and customers.
