Wayne resides in Rutherford with his wife Allyson. His community activities included joining the Rutherford Volunteer Ambulance Corp. in 1993. He also joined the Rutherford Fire Department in 1994 and is currently the training officer and 1st Assistant Chief. Wayne also proudly served in the Navy from 1997-2004 as a Corpsman with the Marines. Currently he also works as a Paramedic for Hackensack University Medical Center where he has been cited with the Excellence in Emergency Medicine Award.
