Motivated Agents – A normal decrease in housing market activity in the winter months means real estate agents are dealing with fewer clients. They have more time to devote to you!
Holiday Sales – Shopping is in full swing at the holidays, and that means everything from furniture to appliances will be on sale. It’s a great time to save on anything you might need for a new house.
