Perfect Pumpkins “For pumpkins perfect for cooking, carving, and decor check out Richfield Farm on Van Houten Ave in Clifton,” says Danielle Sette, “Every year I make Rachel Ray’s pumpkin soup. It’s creamy and fattening! Hence I only make it once a year!”

Dreamy Desserts “If you don’t bake, pre-order some yummy desserts at Erie Bakery on Franklin Place in Rutherford!” says Cathy Vick, “Make sure to order ahead as the pies are popular for a reason!”

Eat Out “And If you don’t want to cook at all,” says Carol Calamari,  “Il Villaggio in Carlstadt offers an elegant Thanksgiving experience for as many people as are in your party.”

Give Back “If you’re looking to give back this Thanksgiving,” says Glenn Elliot, “The Rutherford Presbyterian Church usually does a Thanksgiving dinner and needs volunteers.”

Macy’s Parade “And if you don’t mind putting off your turkey until later in the day,” says Kristen Davis, “Why not get in on the fun and apply to be a balloon holder in Macy’s Thanksgiving Day Parade!”
